ABOUT COMMONWEALTH
Named one of the “Best Rooftop Bars in Las Vegas,” by Thrillist in 2017 and one of the “7 New Reasons to Hit Las Vegas” by the New York Post, Commonwealth delivers a stylish social scene to the burgeoning bar district in Downtown Las Vegas. The swanky 6,000-square-foot cocktail bar is a collision of art and architectural influences inspired by pre-Prohibition era design and libations. Crystal chandeliers bring a touch of elegance to the overall design, which evokes a worn, industrial ambiance. The cocktail menu combines classic and progressive methods and ingredients to offer drinks like, “Sucker Punch” and “Little Hot Mess,” that make an indelible impression. Commonwealth is complete with its very own backroom speakeasy, The Laundry Room, which was recently included in Playboy’s “Best Bars 2014” list in addition to being named ‘Best Cocktail Bar of the Year’ by Nightclub & Bar Media Group. This discrete room provides an intimate setting featuring a boozeologist and drink menu independent of the main bar with a very exclusive admission process providing a focus on the guests and a great attention to detail on their cocktails. A rooftop bar offers an experiential setting with an urban brick feel and 360-degree views of downtown. Located at 525 E. Fremont St., Commonwealth is open Tuesday through Saturday from 7 p.m. to close.
