Murray stated, "The greatest thing about being popular is the ability to give awareness and give back - pay it forward! It's such a thrill to be able to help people helping animals and others!"

In honor of his 2 year anniversary as Planet Hollywood Headliner on December 20, 2016, Murray's sidekick Lefty and assistant April Leopardi surprised Murray onstage with a celebratory cake.   Ironically, it was supposed to be his day off, but instead Murray spent the evening as the host and star of the charity show where all the proceeds went to his rescue charities.

Murray opened at Planet Hollywood December 20, 2014 after leaving the Tropicana Hotel after his 3 year run on October 31, 2014. Not missing a beat, Murray brought in April Leopardi as his new stage assistant and updated his show for the new modern venue.

Murray added, "In a year where there has been 26 shows that have closed on the Las Vegas strip , I am honored to be celebrating my 2 year anniversary at Planet Hollywood and hopefully many more!"

Murray performs 4 p.m., 6 days a week, at Planet Hollywood.

Coinciding with the announcement of the new center, Chabad of Green Valley/Henderson also embarks on a full re-branding campaign, changing its name to Chabad of Henderson and unveiling a new logo.  This change better reflects its location, new beginning, and commitment to fulfilling its statement that it is, and will be, ‘A Place to Call Home’ for the entire Henderson community. The 1.9 acre property is conveniently located at the center of Henderson community life on Carnegie Street, just North of Horizon Ridge; About 1 mile from the current Chabad of Green Valley/Henderson location, and 1.8 miles from the Green Valley Parkway exit on I-215.
