Legendary Comedian Paul Rodriguez Brings “Paul Rodriguez And The Whole Enchilada” to the Tropicana Las Vegas
In an effort to attract Hispanic/Latino audiences to the property, The Tropicana Las Vegas is presenting Legendary funnyman Paul Rodriguez's new standup show, "Paul Rodriguez and the Whole Enchilada"for a limited engagement May 17-June 20. Also on the bill is rocket scientist turned comedienne Shayla Rivera, stand up comic Martin Adler and a quartet of scantily clad dancers that open the show.

While the target audience is Hispanics, the show should appeal to all who enjoy some good laugh out loud humor. Puerto Rico born Shayla Rivera and Rodriquez, of Mexican heritage, cover a wide variety of topics in their comedy routine, with most of the humor related to their Latino culture. Adler, the token Jewish comedian, on the other hand, adds his own ethnic flavor and often racy humor about racial and ethnic interactions to the mix.

When asked to describe what fans can expect from his new show, Rodriguez noted, “If you have a bladder problem, you shouldn’t come to the show! Shayla and I are going to do everything we can do to keep the laughter coming non-stop. Diapers not included.”
Lee Ann Groff-Daudet, Tropicana's vice president of entertainment, said in a release: "Paul Rodriguez is funny. Very, very funny. We're thrilled to have him, as he is a great fit for Tropicana Las Vegas. I'm looking forward to having a good laugh nightly."
For the first time ever at Tropicana Las Vegas, the limited engagement features performances completely in Spanish on June 5 and June 12 at 7 p.m., followed by the 9 p.m. show in English.
Celebrities who showed up for the Grand Opening performance included lounge performer Chris Phillips, aka, Zowie Bowie, magician Nathan Burton, rocker Dominick Allen and his wife, musical theatre dancer/singer/actress Leigh Zimmerman.
