Sean “Diddy” Combs Host Lavish New Year’s Eve Bash at LAX Nightclub

Famed music mogul, fashion designer and actor: Sean “Diddy” Combs (aka. Diddy. Mr. Combs. Puff Daddy. Sean Jean. P. Diddy) took Sin City by storm, creating the biggest and most lavish party for New Year’s Eve 2011 at LAX nightclub inside Luxor Hotel and Casino.

Prior to walking the red carpet, Diddy took to his Twitter account (@iamdiddy) and told all of his fans to come party with him at Vegas’ hottest and most sophisticated nightclub: LAX. Tweeting, “Vegas for NEW Years! Vegas is the NEW Official NYE Spot this Year! Meet me there world! My party is at club LAX”.

On point for being “Best Dressed” for the evening, Diddy arrived at the red carpet wearing a black tuxedo with bow tie, 2 gigantic diamond rings (one on each hand), a diamond encrusted watch, diamond stud earrings and cool shades. Sharing the spotlight with him was Rapper Fabolous and Producer Dallas Austin. After posing for some photos with the media, Diddy took time out to greet two members of the military, both contest winners that won a prize to meet him on New Year’s Eve!

With midnight fast approaching, Diddy hurried inside the club to get the party started. His entourage consisting of more than 30 people got situated in the VIP section, a raised platform overlooking the jam-packed dance floor, as Diddy quickly grabbed the mic and told the DJ to turn the music louder, encouraging everyone inside LAX to get ready for the midnight countdown. With midnight seconds away, Diddy started to count down from ten, as club-goer tried to get a picture and quick glance of the star. As the crowd went crazy getting ready to cheer and toast to the New Year, Diddy said, “Make this a great year. Believe in yourself. You can do anything you set your mind to. Make it happen.”

Diddy kept the party alive until the early morning, giving the LAX crowd a night they would always remember.

Also spotted in the crowd was NBA players Tracy McGrady and Tayshaun Prince as well as ABC’s “The View” co-host, Sherri Shepherd.
