Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas Resorts Restaurants Proudly Participate in Three Square's Second Annual Las Vegas Spring Restaurant Week 

Las Vegas’ finest restaurants will offer value-priced prix fixe meals for a great cause March 8 through March 15

LAS VEGAS (March 7, 2013) – Celebrating its second year, Las Vegas Spring Restaurant Week returns to provide tourists and locals the opportunity to affordably dine at some of Caesars Entertainment’s most popular restaurants while also helping to end hunger in the Las Vegas valley. Through a partnership with Three Square Food Bank, 13 participating Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas restaurants have prepared specially designed menus at a discounted price in participation of Spring 2013 Las Vegas Restaurant Week.
 
Restaurant Week will begin on March 8, 2013 and run through March 15, 2013. Guests who take advantage of special Restaurant Week menus will contribute to this great effort with a portion of proceeds from the sale of each menu benefiting Three Square.  For every $1 raised, Three Square provides three meals for hungry children and elderly persons in Southern Nevada.  In addition, participating Caesars Entertainment restaurants have pledged to donate $5 from every meal purchased during this week-long event, meaning guests contribute 15 meals to those in need each time they select a Restaurant Week menu.
 
Since 2006, the Three Square Food Bank has provided more than 1.5 million meals for those in need through Restaurant Week. Caesars Entertainment provided almost 27,000 meals for the community through its participation in the first Spring Restaurant Week in 2012.
 
All participating restaurants will feature a minimum of a three-course meal. Breakfast and lunch options will be priced at either $20.13 or $30.13. Dinner options will be priced at $30.13, $40.13, or $50.13.  Participating restaurants include:
 
Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, Gordon Ramsay's take on an English pub experience in Las Vegas, which recently opened at Caesars Palace, will offer a three-course lunch and dinner menu highlighting a selection of the restaurant's popular signature dishes. The menu will feature herb Caesar salad or English ale onion soup and a choice of sautéed Scottish salmon served with butter-braised cabbage, forest mushrooms, lemon crème and garlic chips or braised pork belly roll with English pea purée, cipollini onion, baby carrots and mustard sauce priced at $30.13 for both lunch and dinner.
 
Mesa Grill, Bobby Flay’s acclaimed flagship restaurant featuring vibrant southwestern cuisine, will offer both lunch and dinner menus. This year’s three-course dinner menu highlights a variety of Flay’s famous dishes such as pan seared scallops featuring wild mushroom hominy grits and cilantro brown butter; New Mexican spiced rubbed pork tenderloin with bourbon-ancho chile sauce and a sweet potato tamale or chili braised short ribs with crème fraise potato puree and cabbage slaw. Lunch and dinner menus are value-priced at $30.13 and $50.13, respectively.  For two consecutive years, in 2011 and 2012, Mesa Grill was Restaurant Week’s top Gold Plate Donor, a rewarding achievement for being one of the largest contributors in Three Square’s annual fundraiser.
 
Gordon Ramsay BurGR at Planet Hollywood, Gordon Ramsay's first burger experience restaurant taking the traditional burger, fries and milkshake comfort food combination to an entirely new level will offer a lunch menu showcasing a variety of the restaurant's most popular burgers. The lunch menu features three courses for $20.13 and includes a choice of Blue Burger, American Burger, Hell's Kitchen Burger, Uber Cheese Burger, Euro Burger, Chanterelle Burger, Britannia Burger or Earth Burger, served with guest's choice of a selection of fries or onion rings.
 
Martorano's, Steve Martorano's Italian fine-dining establishment at Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino combining exceptional food, music and entertainment will present an exceptional three-course dinner menu featuring a collection of the restaurant's world-famous signature dishes. A choice of signature meatball and salad or eggplant "short" stack or Philly cheesesteak will be offered before main entree options including rigatoni Sunday pork gravy, bucatini carbonara or penne vodka. The exclusive dinner menu is priced at $50.13
 
James Beard award-winning Central Michel Richard at Caesars Palace will be another participating restaurant featuring a choice of half rotisserie chicken with vegetable stack or pan seared Chilean sea bass with dill fingerling potatoes and lime beurre blanc for dinner. Central Michel Richard will be participating in this year’s fundraiser at the $4 donation level. Rounding out the exceptional list of participants is Beijing Noodle No. 9 and Empress Court at Caesars Palace, KGB: Kerry’s Gourmet Burgers at Harrah’s Las Vegas; Eiffel Tower Restaurant, Le Provencal and Café St. Louis at Paris Las Vegas; Bally’s Steakhouse at Bally’s Las Vegas and Strip House at Planet Hollywood.
