Event Info: Country singer Joe Diffie takes the stage at Veil Pavilion inside Silverton Casino Hotel on Friday, June 7 at 8 p.m. Joe Diffie recently received major praise for his contribution to country music in the form of Jason Aldean’s hit song, “1994.” Aldean’s admiration for Diffie started as a junior high student, and the song gives a huge shout-out to his idol, while introducing young fans to his body of work. Diffie first topped the charts in 1990 and has since delivered hit after hit totaling 12 #1 songs, 20 top 10s and four gold and platinum albums. Known for songs like “Ships That Don’t Come In,” “Pickup Man,” “John Deere Green” and “If the Devil Danced (In Empty Pockets),” Diffie’s music has won him a GRAMMY, ACM Awards, and he was honored as Humanitarian of the Year by the Country Music Broadcasters.

Event Info: Country pioneer Ray Price takes the stage and plays classic country western music at Veil Pavilion inside Silverton Casino Hotel on Saturday, June 15 at 8 p.m. Ray Price recorded his first record in 1949 and joined the legendary Columbia Records family in 1951 where he stayed for more than 20 years. The “Crazy Arms” singer is known as musically ambitious and constantly pushed the boundaries of traditional country music. Price won the GRAMMY Award for “Album of the Year” in 1970 for his huge crossover hit “For The Good Times,” and won again in 2008 for his duet of “Lost Highway” with Willie Nelson. Price was inducted to Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in 1996.
