Superdry Unveils First Store in Las Vegas

Superdry USA, a retail brand with British retail roots, debuted its first-ever 2,000 square-foot clothing store in Las Vegas at the Fashion Show Mall on March 21, marking the brands fifth store location in the United States. In 2009, Superdry USA opened its flagship store in Manhattan and has since expanded in U.S. markets including Los Angeles, San Francisco and New Jersey.

A fashion fusion of British tailoring, vintage Americana style, and hand-drawn Japanese inspired graphics, the concept was the brainstorm of James Holder and Julian Dunkerton in 2003 that began with five men’s t-shirts following an inspirational trip to Tokyo. Since then Superdry has grown internationally and is sold in over 30 countries around the world. The brand is recognized by its cutting edge products, precise attention to details, and accessible price points.
Not only does the American heritage manifest itself in the clothes, it can be seen throughout the store’s design elements such as exposed brick, reclaimed oak walls from Pennsylvania, old railroad tracks, jam jar chandeliers, and more.
The collection fuses aesthetic sportswear with vintage flair and preppy accents and offers signatures styles including hand-drawn graphic t-shirts, rugged plaid and lumberjack shirts, motorcycle leather bombers, cargo pants and a women’s Vintage Thrift collection.
