Additional and upcoming “happenings” in and around Las Vegas include:

Wedding bells miraculously rang today for British couple, Sharon Cook and Andrew Aitchison, who were left stranded in Liverpool, England just days before they were set to tie the knot at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The couple and their 14 guests were victims of Thomas Cook’s abrupt bankruptcy when Caesars Palace and Delta Air Lines stepped in to throw the WEDDING OF A LIFETIME.

On Sunday, Sept. 29, the bride and groom-to-be and wedding party departed England, with Cook and Aitchison flying in style in Delta business class. They arrived in Las Vegas to a special Caesars Palace Royal Greeting, complete with “Caesar” welcoming them to the iconic Strip resort. The party was then escorted to their upgraded luxury accommodations in the newly-renovated Palace Tower.

On Wednesday, Oct. 2, the couple exchanged vows at the picturesque Venus Garden Chapel at Caesars Palace, surrounded by tropical palm trees, Roman architecture, beautiful floral arrangements and their closest friends and family. As the ceremony concluded, a surprise wedding crasher was announced and to the blissful shock of the bride, groom and guests, The Colosseum resident headliner ROD STEWART and three string musicians appeared and performed a special acoustic version of "Have I Told You Lately.” Stewart then personally invited the entire wedding party to celebrate at his Colosseum show, “Rod Stewart: The Hits.”

Oktoberfest festivities continued at HOFBRAUS LAS VEGAS as illusionist HANS KLOK returned to the iconic beer hall and garden on Friday, Sept. 27 to tap the keg once again since his first time doing the honor 10 years ago. RAIDING THE ROCK VAULT carried on the weekend's festivities on Saturday, Sept. 28 when fans turned out in droves to watch the legendary rockers tap the keg and deliver a surprise performance of Queen's "We Are the Champions."
