In celebration of 4000 performances of ABSINTHE, an intoxicating cocktail of circus, burlesque and vaudeville for a 21st century, adults-only audience, the raucous assistant to The Gazillionaire, Wanda Widdles orchestrated an unforgettable parade, bringing the stars of the Las Vegas Strip into the famous Spiegelworld tent on Friday, Oct. 26. At the end of the 10 p.m. show, Wanda Widdles appeared centerstage to share news of the milestone with the sold-out audience and to announce her finale celebration surprise for The Gazillionaire. Soon, dozens of street buskers and questionable characters – including Darth Vader, Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Elmo, a handful of past-their-prime Playboy Bunnies, and more –  rushed the aisles of the center-Strip, adults-only circus to recognize Gaz’s invaluable contributions to the city. The finale was topped off with the presentation of a magnificent three-tiered cake from Las Vegas’ own Freed’s Bakery.

“For tax reasons, I’ve been obliged to pay Wanda one penny for her services at each performance of ABSINTHE,” said The Gazillionaire. “Who knew she had been saving them up, and now she’s spent all $40 on an idiot parade to celebrate my 4,000th performance in Las Vegas. Thanks…I guess?”
