Boyd kicked off the event by shaving a participant’s head while his No. 1 single, “My Baby’s Got A Smile On Her Face,” played in the background. Although Boyd didn’t shave his own luscious locks, he posed for photos with fans and signed autographs throughout the afternoon. Also supporting the cause was Zmed, who shaved an attendee’s head with his wife Lyssa Lynne by his side.

In between shaves, local rock band Sin City Sinners took the stage to perform and the band’s manager, Jason Green, emceed the event. When Sin City Sinners finished performing, Green welcomed Kael to the fundraiser and asked him how many heads he would shave. Kael responded, “Until we’re done,” and stayed until the event wrapped up.
