“Hitzville – The Show” Celebrates the Music of Motown at the V Theater at Planet Hollywood

One of the best celebrations of Motown music is being staged at the V Theater inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood. The high energy musical extravaganza, so aptly called HITZVILLE – THE SHOW, takes audiences on a musical journey down memory lane to Motown, the birthplace of the legendary music and the recording artists from Detroit, Philadelphia, Atlanta and other cities that gave it life.

Backed by the five piece Hitzville band, the cast includes (producer and star of the show) the sexy, sensational, Detroit native, Jin Jin Reeves, two other dynamic female singers, and a male quartet, who, complete with great harmonies, choreography, colorful costumes and wigs, deliver powerful renditions of the original chart topping songs made famous by performers such as Gladys Knight and the Pips, The Temptations, The Four Tops, Mary Wells, Martha and the Vandellas, Aretha Franklin, Marvin Gaye, Tina Turner, and Diana Ross and the Supremes. Oldie but goodie hits like “My Guy”, “Let's Get It On,“Heat Wave”,
Natural Woman”, “Can't Help Myself” and “Proud Mary”, are just a few of the songs that take you back to another era where the contagious rhythms will stir your soul and have you singing along and dancing in your seat.
