Triple George Celebrates Its10th Anniversary With a Classic Reception and Cocktail Party
Triple is located in downtown Las Vegas
When you walk into Triple George in downtown Las Vegas and observe its dark wood, brass accents and private booths you feel that you are entering an established restaurant from a bygone era. This feeling is one of the many reasons that this restaurant has survived ten years that witnessed the financial crisis and the shuttering of the adjacent Lady Luck Casino. It has to be good to survive these circumstances.
The July 23, 2015 cocktail reception provided media members and other invited guests the opportunity to sample some of Triple George’s classic dishes and drinks. I was impressed by the quality of the food and beverages and the friendly attitude of the serving crew.
Attendees were greeted with small glasses of wine, champagne, and Triple George’s classic vanilla and cherry flavored lemon drop martinis. The servings continued to appear as we chatted with each other and the friendly personnel. Bottles of specialty beers were also served.
George Burger Sliders
We were treated to sliders of chicken parmesan and the popular George Burger. The George Burger is garnished with onions, mushrooms, jalapeño bacon, lettuce and tomato. It is a classic mixed with a tangy kick.
Sliced steak pieces coupled with their truffle fries were a treat
Samples of their classic buttermilk sage fried chicken in gravy were passed out as well. I enjoyed the gravy with the flavorful chicken.
The cake was delicious
Those who still had room had the opportunity to enjoy a hearty slice of the anniversary cake.
General Manager Case Cicchelli welcomed guests, stating that, “ “Our amazing staff and guests are the reason why we have enjoyed longevity in downtown Las Vegas for the past decade, and we want to thank everyone and show our appreciation,” We’re looking forward to many more years of providing guests with all of our classic dishes along with new, seasonal menu offerings and the best power lunch special.”
General Manager Case Cicchelli was pleased to receive a proclamation in honor of their ten years in Las Vegas.
It is not surprising that Triple George is known as the power lunch spot and downtown dinner experience in Las Vegas After sampling some of their fare, I definitely plan to visit Triple George for lunch or dinner. Triple George is located at 201 N Third St. across from the Downtown Grand Hotel. Valet parking is available and easily accessible at The Grand with validation.
Cheers to Ten Years!
